About Our Services

Veteran Nexus Advisors provides independent medical consulting services, specifically medical opinion letters (“Nexus Letters”) for veterans pursuing disability claims through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Eligibility

By using this Website or scheduling services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• You are the individual veteran seeking services or have legal authority to act on their behalf

• You reside in a U.S. state where our providers are licensed to practice

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information

Payments and Refunds

All payments made to Veteran Nexus Advisors are final and non-refundable. This applies to, but is not limited to:

• Medical Record Review

• Base Nexus Letter fee (for one condition)

• Additional fees for multiple conditions

• Expedited service fees

• Due to the time, labor, and professional review involved in each case, we do not offer refunds once a Intake and Medical Review is scheduled or provider review has begun—regardless of whether the client decides to move forward or the provider determines that a Nexus Letter is not clinically appropriate.

• Prices and service packages are subject to change at any time and apply only to purchases made after such changes.

Service Fulfillment & Delivery

• All Veteran Nexus Advisors services are considered fully rendered and fulfilled once the agreed-upon professional service has been completed and delivered.

• Nexus Letters are delivered electronically via email as PDF documents unless otherwise stated in writing. Delivery to the client’s provided email address constitutes successful delivery.

• If a client reports non-receipt, Veteran Nexus Advisors will make reasonable efforts to re-send the completed documents. Failure to initially locate or access delivered documents (including spam or junk folders) does not constitute non-delivery and does not qualify for a refund.

• Any timelines provided are estimates only and do not constitute a guaranteed completion or delivery date.

Client Communication Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing a valid email address and monitoring their inbox, spam, and junk folders for communications and document delivery. Veteran Nexus Advisors is not responsible for missed communications due to email filtering, incorrect contact information, or failure to monitor email accounts.

No Guarantees of Claim Approval

Veteran Nexus Advisors provides independent medical opinions, not claim guarantees. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs has sole authority to determine:

• Service connection

• Disability ratings

• Claim outcomes

You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the VA’s decisions related to your claim.

Chargeback & Payment Disputes

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback after services have been rendered and delivered constitutes a breach of these Terms of Use. Clients agree to contact Veteran Nexus Advisors directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a dispute with their financial institution.

Submitting Information

You are solely responsible for uploading and submitting your medical records and supporting documentation. We only use the information you provide to us; we do not retrieve records from other medical providers or government databases.

You agree not to upload any content that:

• You do not have the legal right to share

• Contains false, misleading, or incomplete information

• Violates HIPAA, copyright, or other applicable laws

Intellectual Property

All content on this Website—including text, graphics, logos, and documents—is the property of Veteran Nexus Advisors and is protected by U.S. intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without prior written permission.
