REFUND POLICY

Veteran Nexus Advisors is committed to providing professional, evidence-based medical consulting services to support veterans in their pursuit of VA disability benefits. In order to maintain the integrity of our operations and compensate our licensed providers for their time and expertise, the following Refund Policy applies to all services rendered.

No Refunds

All payments made to Veteran Nexus Advisors are final and non-refundable.

This applies to, but is not limited to:

• Medical Record Review

• Base Nexus Letter fee (for one condition)

• Additional fees for multiple conditions

• Expedited service fees

Due to the time, labor, and professional review involved in each case, we do not offer refunds once a Intake and Medical Review is scheduled or provider review has begun—regardless of whether the client decides to move forward or the provider determines that a Nexus Letter is not clinically appropriate.

No Guarantees

While we strive to deliver high-quality, medically credible Nexus Letters, we make no guarantees regarding:

• The outcome of your VA disability claim

• The speed of VA processing

• Whether the VA will grant service connection or a favorable rating

All decisions related to claims are made solely by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and Veteran Nexus Advisors is not responsible for those determinations.

Responsibility for Accurate Information

Clients are solely responsible for providing complete, truthful, and accurate documentation. Failure to submit adequate records may impact eligibility or the ability to produce a Nexus Letter. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.
