The Nexus Letter – 1 Condition is for veterans who have completed a Medical Record Review and have been advised that a formal Nexus Letter is medically appropriate for one diagnosed condition.
A licensed medical provider will prepare a customized, VA-compliant Nexus Letter offering an independent medical opinion regarding whether the condition is at least as likely as not caused by or aggravated by military service, based on the evidence reviewed.
