What This Service Includes

• Three separate provider-authored Nexus Letters, each addressing one condition

What This Service Does Not Include

• Review or inclusion of conditions beyond the two addressed

• Legal advice, legal representation, or claim filing services

• Guarantee of VA claim approval, service connection, or rating outcome

• Revisions based on new evidence not previously submitted

Important Eligibility Notice

This product is available only after completion of a Medical Record Review and provider recommendation.

Record Upload Requirement (Required)

Please upload medical records relevant to each condition to be addressed. You may upload multiple files. Ensure records clearly correspond to the conditions under review.

Scope & Discount Clarification

Each Nexus Letter represents a separate, condition-specific medical opinion.
Multi-condition Nexus Letters are offered at a reduced per-condition rate when medically appropriate.

Important Note on Medical Appropriateness

If fewer than two conditions are determined to be medically supportable based on the records reviewed, services will be limited to the number of supported conditions. No refunds are issued for unused portions.

By purchasing this service, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for preparing, managing, and submitting your own VA disability claim.

• Veteran Nexus Advisors and its affiliated licensed medical providers do not file claims, represent veterans before the Department of Veterans Affairs, or guarantee any claim outcome, rating decision, or benefit award.

• All medical opinions and guidance provided are based exclusively on the medical records and information you submit at the time of review.

• This service provides an independent medical review and does not constitute legal advice, legal representation, or advocacy services.

• All services are delivered in accordance with applicable state licensing requirements, scope of practice standards, and telehealth regulations.

Veteran Nexus Advisors provides professional, evidence-based medical consulting services in support of VA disability claims. To ensure fairness and to compensate licensed medical providers for their time, expertise, and professional review, all payments are final and non-refundable.

This policy applies to all services, including but not limited to:

• Intake and Medical Record Reviews

• Nexus Letter base fees (single condition)

• Additional condition fees

• Expedited or priority service fees

Due to the individualized nature of each case and the professional time involved, refunds are not available once records are submitted, review has begun, or services are scheduled, regardless of whether:

• The client elects not to proceed, or

• The reviewing provider determines that a Nexus Letter is not clinically appropriate

No Guarantees

Veteran Nexus Advisors is committed to delivering medically credible, professional opinions. However, we do not guarantee:

• Approval of any VA disability claim

• Service connection determinations

• VA rating percentages

• Processing timelines or outcomes

All claim decisions are made solely by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Veteran Nexus Advisors has no control over VA determinations and is not responsible for claim outcomes.

Responsibility for Accurate Information

Clients are solely responsible for providing complete, truthful, and accurate medical documentation.

Failure to submit adequate, relevant, or accurate records may:

• Affect eligibility for further services

• Limit the ability to provide a medical opinion or Nexus Letter

Such circumstances do not constitute grounds for a refund.
