Nexus Letter Addendum / Update

Price

$200.00

The Nexus Letter Addendum / Update service is intended for veterans who have previously received a Nexus Letter from Veteran Nexus Advisors and need an update due to new medical evidence, material changes in condition, or additional relevant documentation.

A licensed medical provider will review the newly submitted records and determine whether an update or addendum to the original medical opinion is clinically appropriate. If warranted, an updated, VA-compliant Nexus Letter will be prepared to reflect the new information.
