Purpose of This Submission
The Additional Medical Records Submission is intended for veterans who have already initiated services with Veteran Nexus Advisors and need to securely upload supplemental medical records or documentation that was not included during their initial intake.
This submission allows licensed medical providers to review newly provided information as part of an existing case.
