Terms of Service

Last updated July 2026

These terms govern your use of Veteran Nexus Advisors’ services and client portal. By purchasing our services or using the portal, you agree to these terms.

1. What we do

We review veterans’ medical records and prepare nexus, excess, and rebuttal letters intended to support VA disability compensation claims. Our reviews are conducted by qualified providers.

2. Not legal or medical advice; no guarantee

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or represent you before the VA. Our letters are professional medical-opinion evidence, not a substitute for care from your treating physician.

We do not control the VA and make no promise or guarantee regarding any rating, grant, denial, or other claim outcome.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and complete, truthful records. Submitting false or altered records may result in termination of service without refund.

You are responsible for keeping your portal login credentials secure.

4. Payment

Fees are described at the time of purchase and are due before work begins unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Privacy and health information

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use encrypted storage and reputable service providers to safeguard your records.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the portal, attempt to access other clients’ information, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including claim outcomes.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date reflects the current version. Questions? Email advisors@veterannexusadvisors.com.
