Rosanna Lopez, APRN, FNP-BC, is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Clinical Director of Veteran Nexus Advisors (VNA), where she leads the organization’s clinical standards, provider development, technology strategy, and approach to medical evidence review.

With more than a decade of clinical experience spanning emergency medicine, procedural care, integrative wellness, medical education, and Veteran disability medical support, Rosanna brings both clinical depth and systems-level leadership to VNA.

As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she understands that a well-supported medical opinion requires more than identifying a diagnosis. It requires careful review of the Veteran’s medical history, relevant evidence, current clinical findings, medical literature, and a clear explanation of the clinical reasoning connecting those elements.

Rosanna founded Veteran Nexus Advisors to create a more structured, transparent, and evidence-focused approach to independent medical evidence services for Veterans.

At VNA, she oversees the development of evidence-review methodologies, clinical documentation standards, provider education, quality assurance processes, and technology-assisted workflows designed to help clinicians evaluate complex medical records efficiently while preserving independent medical judgment.

She also leads the continued development of the VNA platform, bringing together clinical expertise, structured evidence analysis, and technology to improve consistency, traceability, and quality throughout the medical review process.

Her focus is simple: the strength of a medical opinion should come from the quality of the evidence, the accuracy of the clinical analysis, and the clarity of the medical reasoning behind it.
